Do You Have a Dispute with Something Reported on Your Credit Report?

It is not unusual for something inaccurate to be reported on your credit report.  The Fair Dept Collection Practices Act protects you from false reporting of items on your credit report.  If you want to formally dispute an item reported on your credit report, here is a sample letter for you to use.  I strongly recommend that you send it certified mail, return receipt requested so you have a record of sending it should you need to enforce the terms of the letter at a later time.  Just click on the icon below to download the sample letter.
